About the position

The B2B Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for certification packages at Most Loved Workplace®. This position focuses on generating leads, supporting sales efforts, and driving company growth through integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to take ownership of their work, motivating remote teams to achieve goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel inbound demand generation strategies through content, SEO, social media, and paid marketing tactics.
  • Oversee the content calendar and collaborate with writers, web developers, and the product team to create impactful product marketing materials.
  • Drive customer loyalty and engagement through webinars, newsletters, case studies, success stories, and surveys.
  • Partner with sales to develop sales enablement content, manage drip campaigns, execute account-based marketing, and conduct market analyses.
  • Design and execute strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads through targeted field marketing efforts.
  • Lead remote teams using agile or EOS methodologies, ensuring timely project completion and high-quality results.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, optimizing for ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within certification organizations, HR services, or consultative services.
  • Proficient with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms, skilled in SEO, SEM, ABM, and marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record in leading remote teams and driving projects with urgency.
  • Experience with agile or EOS methodologies and using project management tools to maintain focus and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, branding, or workplace culture is a plus.
  • HubSpot Certification is highly preferred.
  • Project Management certifications are a plus.
