Make an impact! Join our award-winning Creative team as a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, where you'll be the bridge between Uline's leadership, Creative and Merchandising teams. In this role, you will utilize data-driven insights to shape a seamless shopping experience across our growing catalog and website. This position is on-site, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence and collaboration. As a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and the Creative team to curate items for our extensive 800+ page catalog. This involves considering various factors such as inventory levels, customer preferences, and competitive pricing. You will also be responsible for researching industry trends, analyzing competitive pricing, and monitoring market shifts to ensure our offerings remain relevant and appealing to our customers. Your role will include offering strategic and financial recommendations aimed at driving improvements in our marketing operations. You will generate comprehensive reports that translate customer behavior insights into actionable plans, enabling the team to make informed decisions that enhance the shopping experience. Your analytical skills will be crucial in summarizing complex data and communicating findings concisely to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and the Creative team to curate items for our 800+ page catalog, considering inventory, customer preferences, and pricing.
  • Research industry trends, competitive pricing, and market shifts.
  • Offer strategic and financial recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Generate reports that translate customer behavior insights into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of retail merchandise planning or retail financial planning experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Access experience a plus.
  • Ability to summarize analytics and communicate findings concisely.
