About the position

The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst will serve as a vital link between Uline's leadership, Creative, and Merchandising teams. This role focuses on utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the shopping experience across Uline's extensive catalog and website, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and the Creative team to curate items for the catalog, considering inventory, customer preferences, and pricing.
  • Research industry trends, competitive pricing, and market shifts.
  • Offer strategic and financial recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Generate reports that translate customer behavior insights into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 - 3 years of retail merchandise planning or retail financial planning experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Access and SQL experience is a plus.
  • Ability to summarize analytics and communicate findings concisely.
