About the position

Matillion is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations and Data Analytics Manager to enhance its digital marketing efforts through strategic execution, analytics, and operations. This role combines analytical expertise with technical leadership to optimize marketing technology and ensure data integrity, supporting the company's growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze website and digital channel performance to maximize conversions.
  • Generate digital performance reports, conduct experiment analyses, and develop actionable insights.
  • Work with the Data Science team on predictive analyses and trends forecasting to inform marketing strategy.
  • Lead the continual enhancement, evaluation, and maintenance of the marketing technology stack.
  • Design and document standardized processes for campaign execution, lead management, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure the health, privacy, and compliance of marketing data, maintaining structures that support personalization and account-based marketing.
  • Define lead management standards and coordinate with sales to establish service-level agreements and optimal routing processes.
  • Build reporting and analytics frameworks that empower real-time data access and facilitate self-serve insights across business intelligence platforms.
  • Experiment with new processes and approaches to enhance campaign execution and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a marketing analytics or marketing operations role within a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau or Thoughtspot), and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL tools (Matillion a plus).
  • Proven experience in project management, especially in tech operations, and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, growth, and revenue marketing teams.
  • Strong ability to interpret data into actionable strategies that align with business goals.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business outcomes through data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to take ownership of projects.
