About the position

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Accuris is responsible for managing the marketing technology stack and analytics to support the marketing team in driving full-funnel growth. This role focuses on optimizing systems and processes that power marketing campaigns, generating pipeline, and accelerating revenue growth. The manager will spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, provide critical insights on marketing performance, and collaborate closely with the RevOps organization.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate workflows within and between key systems in the Marketing tech stack (Hubspot, SFDC, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, etc.)
  • Act as the point person for all marketing campaign operations and new technology implementations, supporting customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Ensure that the MarTech stack is functioning optimally, maintaining the technology foundation that delivers an exceptional experience for buyers and supports marketing goals.
  • Partner with the RevOps team on activities such as database hygiene and maintenance, enrichment, and intent.
  • Monitor lead routing accuracy and ensure key data points are populated correctly, following prescribed processes.
  • Drive advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability, matching, scoring, and routing.
  • Conduct experimental design and analysis around new marketing signals, testing, and evaluating vendors to support inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Identify and execute business improvements across the Marketing organization.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for website traffic, paid channels, digital performance, and other Marketing investments.
  • Build executive level and operational reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Track, test, and analyze funnel data and campaign metrics in GA, Hubspot, SFDC, and more to improve and optimize programs.
  • Create reports and dashboards for Marketing programs and channels, providing key trends and insights to the team.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Marketing team.
  • Track program results, measure success, and report metrics to stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing Operations for B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise with a modern Growth Marketing tech stack, specifically with Google Analytics, 6Sense, Clay, Common Room, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot, Snowflake, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Data & Analytics
  • Expertise in implementing modern B2B demand gen strategies including ABM and Signal-based selling
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with an ability to leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive ambiguous projects forward independently and break down problems into tasks.
