About the position

Upside is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize email marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing user engagement and conversion rates. This role involves conducting A/B testing, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and managing B2B marketing operations to support company growth and efficiency. The position requires collaboration with the analytics team to enhance lead lifecycle management and campaign success measurement, while also overseeing budget management to ensure a healthy ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and enhance overall performance.
  • Manage and refine B2B marketing operations to support growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to manage the lead lifecycle and improve funnel tracking.
  • Measure the success of campaigns in collaboration with the Analytics team.
  • Work with marketing partners on program conceptualization, execution, and success measurement.
  • Uncover opportunities to increase conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel.
  • Establish and improve scalable marketing processes for campaign and lead generation management.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the MarTech stack.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing strategy and execution.
  • Manage budget ownership to ensure healthy ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, focusing on technology companies.
  • Experience building and implementing marketing and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS technology companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Proficiency in web and A/B testing tools (e.g. A/B Tasty, VWO).
