About the position

The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales leadership team by enhancing revenue strategies through metrics, infrastructure, and best practices. This position focuses on maximizing sales performance through analytics, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The analyst will collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting, territory management, and business reviews, acting as a trusted partner to improve the productivity and scalability of the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the marketing technology stack, ensuring proper configuration, auditability, and documentation.
  • Lead and optimize marketing automation processes and workflows including lead generation, scoring, and distribution.
  • Manage and analyze marketing data, generating insights on spend and channel efficacy.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with Sales and Customer Success business goals.
  • Partner with business systems in developing and maintaining reporting that provides visibility and transparency into marketing spend and lead performance.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on providing training and support for marketing tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, with demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of advertising channels (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
