Responsibilities

• Create an environment for team effectiveness by guiding others toward the next best action.
• Identify key decision makers and develop trusted, strategic working relationships across Expedia Group.
• Utilize understanding of business objectives to recommend solutions that meet unique business needs.
• Coordinate project plans across functions and manage competing timelines from other projects.
• Lead the development of strategies to complete assigned projects amidst resource constraints.
• Identify areas of synergy or dependency and recommend strategies to mitigate gaps in resourcing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels.
• Solid understanding of marketing channel mix and integrated campaigns.
• High attention to detail, organized, and efficient in task management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without constant supervision.
• Ability to handle expectations across cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic SQL skills and data visualization capabilities.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira.
• Experience with Project/Program Management tools.
