The position operates under a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. In this role, the Senior Marketing Specialist will develop and execute a clearly defined marketing strategy aimed at supporting consistent business growth and enhancing brand awareness across diverse global markets. The specialist will create and lead integrated marketing programs that position CSC's services effectively, ensuring they gain market credibility and exceed revenue targets. Additionally, the role involves managing the marketing budget, providing performance reports on channel programs, and generating leads in target markets. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing core positioning and messaging for DBS offerings, overseeing thought leadership and content marketing strategies, and conducting market research to maintain a competitive edge. The successful candidate will excel in project management, collaborating closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. They will maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels, demonstrating a strong aptitude for getting things done both independently and as part of a team. The role requires a proactive approach to learning the business and effectively communicating its value through various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing strategies and tactics for all DBS global markets
  • Understand CSC's brand and generate brand awareness in niche markets
  • Implement marketing campaigns that are aligned with the overall business strategies for DBS
  • Provide project management for all assigned marketing projects
  • Develop and execute a clearly defined marketing strategy to support consistent business growth and brand awareness across globally diverse markets
  • Create and lead integrated marketing programs that position CSC's services to gain market credibility and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and metrics, providing reports on performance of channel programs
  • Generate brand awareness and leads in target markets
  • Develop and align core positioning and messaging for DBS offerings
  • Oversee the execution for thought leadership and content marketing strategy for assigned projects
  • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and be the expert with respect to competitive products and services
  • Work closely with sales team to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing or related, running multichannel and integrated marketing programs
  • Proven track record of developing impactful thought leadership campaigns
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and across multiple matrixed business units
  • Ability to work individually on self-driven projects, manage and meet deadlines, and prioritize project lists
  • Proven record of managing projects with globally distributed teams / partners in delivery of objectives
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to guide both marketing programs and internal collaboration
  • Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn the business well enough to write and blog about it
  • Flexibility and positivity when priorities change
  • Comfortable effectively managing a budget
  • Comfortable in a collaborative open-work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office suite
