About the position

The Product Manager for the Marketing Technology team at Workday will shape and execute the vision and implementation of marketing technology products. This role focuses on audience management, segmentation, and activation technologies, collaborating with various teams to drive impactful business outcomes through effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly build expertise around technologies to enact new benefits and articulate technical details.
  • Craft and execute a vision for the products based on Marketing priorities.
  • Define technology strategies and solutions to support full funnel omni-channel campaigns.
  • Build and maintain analysis and reporting processes to measure the health of new technologies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training, and other materials based on technology requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a Technical Product Manager, Media Manager, or MarTech/AdTech Consultant role.
  • 5+ years of experience in various Marketing technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud, CDP, Audience Manager, LiveRamp, Marketo, DemandBase, and digital media platforms.
  • Experience implementing and managing technologies for journey orchestration like Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Proven history leading multiple projects cross-functionally.
  • Strong project and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with personalization, Digital Media Strategy & Planning, Media Mix Modeling, and Analytics technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development practices.
  • Experience with Workfront, Jira, or other task/bug tracking systems.
