About the position

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team across various locations in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of MEP design engineering experience and will lead the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping. This role involves mentoring junior engineers, supporting proposal efforts, and managing projects from concept to construction documentation. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Mentor junior and mid-level MEP engineering professionals.
• Support proposal efforts and interface with clients.
• Manage projects through various design stages from concept plans to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related MEP experience.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
• Experience mentoring and training employees.
• Experience leading projects and supporting proposal efforts.
• PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans to obtain PE license soon.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
