• Lead and mentor engineering teams.

Requirements

• Possess a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other relevant technical field.
• Have 3+ years of relevant experience in high temperature structural and thermal protection materials, thermal analysis, and thermal testing.
• Experience in using structural/thermal simulation software.
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Have a MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other relevant technical field.
• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in high temperature structural and thermal protection materials, thermal analysis, and thermal testing.
• Proficiency in using structural/thermal simulation software.
• Demonstrated technical leadership of small teams.
• Hold an Active Top Secret clearance.
