Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for industrial inkjet print systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software systems.
- Conduct testing and analysis to ensure mechanical systems meet performance and reliability standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in existing products.
- Lead engineering projects from concept to production, managing timelines and budgets.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in mechanical design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with project management and leading engineering teams.
