Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize operational processes and procedures.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and minimize variability in the steelmaking process.
• Provide training to operating personnel.
• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
