About the position

The Corporate Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead large-scale Equipment Design and Reliability projects for a top global manufacturing client. This high-visibility role is part of the Corporate Engineering Team, offering significant growth potential and opportunities for upward mobility within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Mechanical Project Engineering and Equipment Reliability, demonstrating a proactive approach and a sense of urgency in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead large-scale Equipment Design and Reliability projects across North America.
  • Manage capital projects related to mechanical engineering.
  • Develop and design equipment to meet project specifications.
  • Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and stress analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering and Capital Project Management.
  • Experience with Equipment Reliability and Machine Design.
  • Familiarity with FEA and Stress Analysis.
