Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Sr. Mobile Developer to join our team in Falls Church, VA; San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, project sponsors, and team members.
• Perform as the technical expert with thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project.
• Perform as a project lead with the responsibility for the instruction, assigning, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned Mobile developers working on a specific project.
• Assist in the scheduling and coordinating of projects, including in the design phase of a project.
• Work with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
• Participate in the development of software user manuals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Swift, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Xamarin.
• Deep understanding of mobile development standards and best practices.
• Experience with designing mobile applications that adhere to mobile design patterns such as Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines.
• Able to design and develop user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Able to identify and solve complex technical problems quickly and effectively.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and debug code efficiently.
• Experience with server-side programming languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Able to design and develop database schemas and work with backend frameworks such as Node.js or Django.
• Strong leadership skills and able to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and able to lead project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts.

Nice-to-haves

• DoD Healthcare IT experience preferred.
