About the position

The Senior Multimedia Productions Specialist (SMPS) is a lead role within the Multimedia Production Division, responsible for video editing and the creation of multimedia products from pre-recorded footage. This position involves hands-on work as a camera operator during field shoots, as well as pre-production tasks such as creating shot lists, scripts, and storyboards. The SMPS will work closely with the Executive Creative Producer and Creative Director to deliver high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

• Creating captivating visual stories from ideation to final export
• Editing strong, awe-inspiring videos
• Serving as a camera operator for a multitude of events
• Capturing in-field interviews
• Archiving and organizing files on Quest's Multimedia servers
• Maintaining production equipment
• Assisting with Live Streaming GoTo Webinar Meetings
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Participating in brainstorming sessions for new projects
• Interacting with Quest associates on production-related services
• Collaborating with direct report to grasp production needs and specifications
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with multimedia leadership
• Attending weekly meetings, when necessary
• Communicating with leads regarding upcoming, ongoing, and completed projects
• Completing reports regarding multimedia tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Cinematography, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years related work experience in aspects of Multimedia Production or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
• Portfolio Required
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop and Media Encoder)
• Production knowledge for sets and travel shoots, including lighting, audio, and general staging
• Experience in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and directing
• Ability to travel at times, including weekends and overnight
• Creative mind, interviewing, and storytelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong leadership and planning ability
• Strong organizational skills
