James Martin Vanities is seeking a Senior National Sales Manager (VP of Sales) to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and nurturing existing relationships with key clients and vendors. The Senior National Sales Manager will oversee customer and competitor activities, as well as industry trends, to ensure that we remain at the forefront of the market. This position is crucial for managing a sales volume of $70 million across multiple distribution channels, and it involves direct oversight of a team of 16 sales professionals. The ideal candidate will work closely with the President of James Martin Vanities and will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including major retailers such as Floor and Decor, Home Depot, Lowes, and Ferguson. The Senior National Sales Manager will collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to develop and monitor pricing strategies and profitability programs. Additionally, this role will require active participation in the creation and execution of annual strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic direction. In this position, the Senior National Sales Manager will also manage JMV's representative agencies, ensuring they meet performance expectations in terms of revenue, service, growth, and cost. This includes conducting quarterly performance reviews and developing compensation strategies that incentivize sales growth and improve gross margins. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales leadership, capable of navigating the organization to achieve results and drive business success.
