Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using ASP.NET & ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Develop and optimize REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Work with JSON for data interchange between client and server.
• Perform database development using SQL Server 2016+ and T-SQL.
• Utilize LINQ and EF Core 8 for data access and manipulation.
• Design and optimize databases and APIs.
• Engage in both low-level and high-level system design.
• Ensure backend and API security.
• Utilize Azure API Management and API Gateway to publish, secure, and monitor APIs.
• Leverage Azure APM for performance monitoring and optimization of applications.
• Architect and design scalable and high-performance applications.
• Ensure best practices in software development and architecture are followed.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in back-end development.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core MVC 8.
• Experience in REST API Development.
• Knowledge of JSON.
• Experience in Database Development (SQL Server 2016+).
• Proficiency in LINQ and EF Core 8.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL Server queries with T/SQL.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience in API Design and Database Design.
• Focus on Secure APIs and Backend.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Visual Studio 2022.
• Familiarity with SSMS/Azure Data Studio.
• Experience using Postman.
• Knowledge of Git.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Azure DevOps Server.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code.
