About The Position

The Senior .NET Developer position at Trillium Professional involves working in a hybrid environment in Boston for a duration of 6+ months. The role focuses on software development within a team, emphasizing collaboration, technical guidance, and adaptability to challenges. The developer will engage in all phases of the software development life cycle, utilizing agile methodologies, and will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum BS/CS degree with 8+ years of hands-on experience.
• At least 3 years of Front End development experience with Angular.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with .NET Web API web services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing high throughput RESTful web services using C# and .NET Web API framework.
• Strong data modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design and Programming (OOP & OOD).
• Strong proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET framework.
• Expertise in relational database design and building stored procedures using Postgres and/or SQL Server.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development efforts as a member of a software development team.
• Provide technical design assistance and support to other team members.
• Adapt strategies to improve efficiency and overcome challenges.
• Engage in all aspects of the software development life cycle following agile methodologies.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy software projects.
• Design database schemas, conceptual data models, UI workflows, and application architectures.
• Write optimal SQL queries and stored procedures for database performance.
• Apply Object-Oriented Design and Programming to build RESTful web services.
• Implement User-Centered Design principles to enhance user interfaces.
• Gather feedback from end users to refine project requirements.
• Conduct project design sessions and create flexible solutions for current and future needs.
• Perform reviews and integration testing to ensure project quality.
• Assign and track project tasks to meet milestone dates.
• Create, archive, and update all project documentation.
• Ensure software quality and adherence to security standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Help control project scope and maintain communication with stakeholders.
