About the position

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a Senior .Net Full-Stack Engineer with extensive experience in developing high-performing, scalable enterprise applications. This role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and clients to deliver valuable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing high-quality, maintainable code and will contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing highly scalable, robust, and secure backend services using C# and .Net framework.
• Building cloud-native components preferably on GCP.
• Developing enterprise applications with .NET Core.
• Conducting code reviews, unit testing, application deployment, and performance tuning.
• Understanding architecture requirements and ensuring effective design, development, validation, and support activities.
• Contributing to team meetings and troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments.
• Leading and mentoring teams.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience developing enterprise applications with .NET Core.
• 7+ years of experience in C#.net, Web API, Dot net Core, and Entity Framework.
• 5+ years of experience in Google Cloud Platform.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• 3+ years of microservices experience and exposure to containerization technologies.
