About the position

The Senior Network Engineer II/III position at E2 Services, Inc. is an advanced role focused on managing and optimizing network infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on security. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and proactively managing LAN/WLAN/WAN networks. This role requires collaboration within a fast-paced team environment, where creativity and technical expertise are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and troubleshoot network switches including VLANs, Spanning-Tree, LACP LAGs, ACLs, and 802.1x port security.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, static routing, VRRP, QoS, NAT, and IPSec VPN tunnels.
  • Manage and troubleshoot redundant WAN connectivity with failover and load balancing.
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, including access rules, NAT/PAT policies, and security policies.
  • Manage wireless network configurations and troubleshoot wireless controllers and access points.
  • Perform physical connectivity troubleshooting using various media types.
  • Manage and configure network hardware including Cisco routers, HP/Aruba switches, and firewalls.
  • Utilize software for RADIUS authentication, NetFlow/sFlow reporting, and network monitoring.
  • Quickly identify and resolve in-progress network issues and optimize performance.
  • Document changes, create/update network diagrams, and conduct post-implementation testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related technical degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Experience with Windows Server Platform is a plus.
  • Network Infrastructure certification (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, Aruba) is a plus.
