About the position

The position involves designing, developing, implementing, and managing wired, wireless, and WAN network architectures for clients. The individual will serve as the technical lead and mentor for the networking team, focusing on LAN and WAN technologies, including switching, routing, network security, and management. Responsibilities include overseeing network performance, conducting peer reviews, and providing training on network best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and manage clients' wired, wireless, and WAN networks architecture and topology.
• Serve as the technical lead and mentor for the networking team on LAN and WAN technologies.
• Provide guidance and help coordinate and prioritize projects.
• Conduct peer reviews of all network configurations and Change Management Requests for the network team.
• Maintain a 10Gbps LAN and oversee centralized network services such as DHCP and DNS.
• Design, implement, and monitor network performance metrics and recommend solutions for capacity planning.
• Develop high-level training for other divisions on network best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in network infrastructure (e.g., switching, routing, VOIP).
• CCNP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; master's degree is preferable.
