About the position

The Senior Network Engineer position at ManpowerGroup involves configuring and implementing comprehensive network infrastructure solutions, which include routers, switches, wireless access points (APs), and controllers. This role is pivotal as it assumes the lead for individual deployments within larger projects, ensuring that all tasks are executed according to established guidelines. The Senior Network Engineer will collaborate closely with other technology teams to meet project objectives, providing essential post-deployment support and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during or after the deployment process. In addition to deployment responsibilities, the Senior Network Engineer will analyze network traffic and infrastructure performance to guarantee high-quality connectivity. This includes creating detailed and accurate documentation to support the implementations and participating in the development of policies and procedures aimed at achieving team and project goals. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and performance of the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement end-to-end network infrastructure solutions including routers, switches, wireless APs, and controllers.
  • Assume the lead role for individual deployments within larger projects and execute per established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues as they arise during or after deployments.
  • Analyze network traffic and infrastructure performance to ensure high-quality connectivity.
  • Create detailed and accurate documentation in support of implementations.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve team and project goals.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with configuring and supporting Aruba Layer 3 switching, Cisco Nexus switching, Aruba Layer 2 switching, Aruba wireless networking, and Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN.
  • Expert understanding of security concepts like role-based access, SASE, ZTNA, or network segmentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of network experience required, with 3+ years preferred in supporting enterprise environments.
  • Cisco or Aruba certifications (CCDA, CCNP, etc.) are required.
  • Proficiency in Aruba and Cisco Layer 3 switches and wireless solutions.
