We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team in the healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to design, implement, and support our complex network infrastructure in a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integrity and security of our data network, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for our critical systems and services. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of our technology department, specifically within Network Engineering, as we continually grow and strive to provide the best patient care in the United States. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will manage F5/NetScaler load balancing to ensure efficient and reliable distribution of network resources. Additionally, you will implement and support Cisco Security Products to safeguard our network from potential threats. Utilizing automation tools, you will streamline and enhance network operations and processes, supporting LAN/WAN networks in a large enterprise environment and diagnosing and resolving complex network issues quickly and effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align network solutions with business needs. You will also develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network topology, equipment, and configurations, conduct regular network performance tests, and monitor network logs to identify potential issues. As a leader in the team, you will provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior network engineers, ensuring that our network infrastructure remains current and competitive by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
