About the position

Silotech Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide enterprise engineering support and execution coordination. This role is critical in assessing architecture scalability and limitations, defining and designing complex system specifications, and ensuring compatibility and interoperability of solutions. The Senior Network Engineer will integrate automated systems and processes for IT management, working closely with Technical Project Leads to facilitate timely support for AT&T deployed solutions. The position requires collaboration with the EU service provider to document end-user access objectives and provide onboarding and integration support for various applications identified by the program office. In addition to designing and implementing computer and information networks, including base area networks (BAN) and wide area networks (WAN), the Senior Network Engineer will perform network modeling, analysis, and planning. This includes designing network and computer security measures, researching and recommending network and data communications hardware and software, and establishing and maintaining network performance through configuration and troubleshooting. The role also involves defining, designing, and developing system requirements, assessing current hardware limitations, and overseeing the design of subsystems and total system integration. The Senior Network Engineer will analyze and resolve complex program support deficiencies, develop independent technical investigations in systems design, and oversee design efforts on major projects. Participation in recurring status meetings and stakeholder discussions is also a key responsibility of this position, ensuring that all engineering efforts align with project goals and timelines.
