About The Position
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, both on-site and in the cloud. Your extensive experience in network engineering will be crucial as you design, analyze, and support the company's LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. You will be responsible for handling escalations and troubleshooting complex network issues, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to internal customers. Your proactive approach to detecting and responding to network and security events will be essential in ensuring the integrity and performance of the network. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, you will collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and high-performance interoperability with the corporate network. Your expertise in configuring, testing, and maintaining LAN/WAN equipment and services will be vital in achieving operational excellence. You will also work with the security team to select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures, ensuring that the network remains secure and resilient against threats. Your success will be measured by your ability to design and deploy advanced network solutions, maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, and ensure timely patching of network hardware in both office and cloud environments. You will be expected to update VLANs, ACLs, and firewall rules as required, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a robust and efficient network infrastructure.
