As our Senior Network Security Engineer, you will be a key player in developing and implementing cutting-edge security solutions for our network infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage security solutions for our network environment to maximize resilience against cyber threats.
  • Formulate and enforce network security policies, controls, and best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance regulations.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into secure network solutions.
  • Author, revise, and uphold security documentation, frameworks, and standards.
  • Develop and routinely test security incident response plans; participate in incident response efforts and post-event analyses.
  • Keep abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and trends in the network security realm.
  • Offer expertise, guidance, and hands-on support to fellow cybersecurity team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of network security tools, strategies, and measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years in Information Security, with at least 7 years dedicated to network security.
  • Proven expertise in Palo Alto Next Generation Firewall management (VPN, SSL Decryption, IDS/IPS, URL filtering, etc.).
  • Web Application Firewall management (Imperva, Cloudflare, Akamai, etc.).
  • Wireless network configuration (Juniper, Cisco, etc.).
  • Network Access Control solutions (FortiNAC, Forescout, etc.).
  • Network Security Monitoring solutions (ExtraHop, Darktrace, etc.).
  • Solid grounding in networking principles and architectures.
  • Strong analytical mindset coupled with adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Stellar communication skills, with an aptitude for translating technical details for varied audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CEH (preferred).
