About the position

The Senior Network Security Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing complex network security solutions to protect the organization's infrastructure. This role involves configuring and managing various security systems, ensuring the integrity and security of network communications, and troubleshooting advanced security services.

Responsibilities

• Design complex network security implementations.
• Configure and install complex firewall/IPS/VPN systems.
• Configure switches/routers to support security architectures.
• Provision and troubleshoot advanced network security services.
• Install, provision, and troubleshoot wireless LAN security.
• Install and manage SIEM systems.
• Configure products from multiple security vendors, including Fortinet, Cisco, and AirTight.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of firewall, IPS, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with configuring switches and routers for security purposes.
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced network security services.
• Familiarity with wireless LAN security protocols.
• Experience with SIEM systems and their management.
• Knowledge of security products from vendors like Fortinet, Cisco, and AirTight.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in network security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
• Experience with cloud security solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
