About the position

The Senior Network Systems Analyst will serve as a server systems administrator within the Information Systems department, leading a team responsible for managing various systems including Windows Servers, Active Directory, SAN, Backup & DR solutions, Azure Cloud/Office365, and security solutions. This role is crucial in supporting the county's enterprise vision of providing excellent community services through the implementation and maintenance of reliable, secure systems across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team administering Windows Servers, Active Directory, SAN, Backup & DR solutions, Azure Cloud/Office365, and security solutions.
• Implement and maintain dependable, stable, and secure systems in support of county departments and programs.
• Document and present technical processes to non-technical audiences.
• Support the enterprise vision of excellent community services through technology services.
• Collaborate with Network Analysts, Desktop Technicians, and Applications Analysts to meet county business objectives.

Requirements

• Current knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Server OS.
• Experience with Active Directory Management & GPO.
• Familiarity with SQL and SSL Certificates.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and cloud services such as Azure and M365.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, SSO/SAML, and cyber security principles.
• Experience with SAN Administration and VMWare Administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and project management.
