About The Position
The Senior Network Voice Engineer will be responsible for performing root cause analysis and providing support and solutions for Cisco and VoIP related systems. This role involves supporting Cisco voice telephony systems for various business units and managing the Cisco WebEx Calling Dedicated Instance infrastructure, along with other relevant Cisco products for calling and collaboration. The engineer will also work with integrations of Cisco systems with third-party hospital and clinical systems.
