About the position
Join a leading global media and entertainment company as a Senior Node Developer in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance storytelling experiences across various platforms, including television, film, and streaming. You will be part of a dynamic team that emphasizes creativity and collaboration, primarily working with Node.js and collaborating with the Front-end team on the company's streaming platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js.
- Collaborate with the Front-end team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for the streaming platform.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting of application issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Node.js development.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in the media industry.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
