About the position

The Customer Operations team at ZT Systems plays a crucial role in ensuring alignment with customer needs and delivering on commitments with excellence and integrity. The Senior NPI Demand Supply Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of customer orders, managing materials, and mitigating risks to meet customer demands. This position requires strong operational and order management skills, exceptional customer communication abilities, and advanced data analysis and problem-solving techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and inquisitive nature, enabling them to identify opportunities for improvement and address daily challenges in a professional and positive manner. In this role, the analyst will conduct customer forecast demand analysis, track and analyze demand changes, and report data to both internal and external stakeholders. They will also engage in customer collaborative planning to understand demand outlooks and manage delivery commitments. Coordination with internal cross-functional teams is essential to drive materials allocations in support of customer project schedules. The analyst will measure business performance and implement corrective actions to ensure that ZT Systems meets or exceeds customer service requirements. Additionally, they will independently resolve issues, utilizing escalations when necessary, and must be flexible to support rapidly changing customer requirements. Overall, this position is integral to the success of the Customer Operations team, requiring a blend of analytical skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution and delivery of customer orders, mitigating risks to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct customer forecast demand analysis, track and analyze demand changes, and report data to stakeholders.
  • Engage in customer collaborative planning to understand demand outlook and manage delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive materials allocations in support of customer project schedules.
  • Measure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure customer service requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Independently resolve issues, using escalations when appropriate.
  • Support rapidly changing customer requirements in a positive manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning/Management, or a Master's degree with 0+ years experience but 1-2 years experience is strongly desired.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Knowledge of Materials Planning and Order fulfillment processes.
  • Track record of utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
