About the position

The Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist plays a crucial role in the semiconductor manufacturing sector, focusing on overseeing the supply of pre-production and engineering materials. This full-time, on-site position in Morgan Hill, CA, involves ensuring that all supply chain operations and materials are ready for new product launches, thereby supporting the Operations team in delivering high-quality semiconductor technologies across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of necessary materials
• Monitor engineer builds and backlog to proactively identify any potential material shortages
• Work with manufacturers and suppliers to communicate build instructions and schedules
• Communicate with engineering teams to define Bill of Material product structure and ensure instructions are clear and concise
• Ensure pricing is consistent with quoted price

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering related field
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in completing analysis in Excel and experience with PowerPoint
• Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Experience interfacing with multiple engineering stakeholders
• Experience with SAP ERP module
