About the position

The Senior Onboarding Specialist at Help at Home is responsible for conducting final compliance checks for newly hired and rehired field staff and authorized clients. This role ensures the accuracy of onboarding and authorization details, serving as the last verification step before caregivers can begin their work. The position emphasizes attention to detail and effective communication, supporting the company's commitment to high-quality care and support solutions.

Responsibilities

• Reviews new client onboarding packet to ensure accuracy.
• Verifies that client schedule is accurate and fits within the authorization limits.
• Adds information to client and caregiver profiles.
• Reviews field staff profiles to ensure all required credentials have been collected and filed appropriately.
• Fixes small issues and provides feedback to leadership regarding the accuracy of the onboarding process.
• Forwards larger issues to leadership.
• Begins activation process following successful compliance check, including pay rate and home location verification.
• Confirms number of hours entered matches authorization.
• Activates Caregiver profile ensuring accurate date-of-hire.
• Trains field staff on use of SMC or IVR timekeeping applications.
• Sends activation email to notify all parties of pertinent information regarding the case.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or equivalent experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in high-volume, non-exempt hiring required.

Nice-to-haves
