About the position

The Senior Operations Analyst (Creative) at Wolters Kluwer is a multifaceted project management and creative role focused on developing and executing projects that enhance the company's visual identity. This position involves crafting marketing materials, managing photography and video production, and ensuring brand consistency across various digital platforms. The analyst will also support business operations processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and improve internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute an overall creative project plan for each project, considering scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Provide regular updates on all aspects of assigned projects while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work independently under moderate guidance to solve moderately complex creative challenges.
  • Manage the overall creative project plan, providing high-level support and creative direction for internal and external projects.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach for all client-facing marketing materials.
  • Partner with marketing to develop engaging digital campaigns and visuals for major events and trade shows.
  • Spearhead the creative direction for key FCC initiatives, including designing marketing materials to boost attendee engagement.
  • Create visually appealing content for newsletters, emails, presentations, and social media graphics.
  • Manage photography and video production/editing, including real-time filming and editing if necessary.
  • Implement design and layout improvements on employee-facing platforms to ensure user-friendliness and brand consistency.
  • Provide support for key business operations processes as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent related work experience in graphic design or business operation.
  • Eight or more years' experience in graphic design, video, or other creative design role.
  • Five or more years managing multiple deadlines and priorities and working with a diverse group of people/positions.
  • Master in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organization, planning, and decision-making skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Canva, Cvent, PoliteMail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including project managers, design colleagues, and event planners.
