The Senior Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, communicating, and analyzing metrics to identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the MedTech network. This position involves partnering with business users to provide data for business cases and functional requirements, as well as supporting MedTech facilities with system troubleshooting, training, and problem-solving. The analyst will work closely with various functions, both internal and external, to support or lead process improvement projects and analytics, ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities include managing reports, projects, metrics, and operational tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with a focus on safety, quality, environmental compliance, and operational budgets. Key responsibilities include supervising and resolving iDOC and job failures for inbound, outbound, posting, and inventory movement lanes across various systems, tackling issues that prevent successful order and delivery completion, and using monitoring tools to support inventory issue resolution. The analyst will recommend new processes or improvements, lead the implementation of prioritized projects, and support the development and continuous improvement of standards and systems. Additionally, the role involves generating, reviewing, and publishing reports and metrics, providing data insights and analytics, and performing quality and compliance-related activities to drive customer satisfaction and regulatory alignment. The position also requires effective management of a team of up to 5 associates, ensuring all applicable SOPs and training requirements are met.
