About the position

As a Senior Operations Analyst at Hinge, you will play a pivotal role in delivering, managing, and evolving our operations programs and core processes. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of key operations tasks, including data collection and analysis, communications and change management, vendor sourcing and management, and supporting Hinge's highest-priority internal initiatives. In this role, you'll operate at multiple levels, ensuring seamless execution of operations programs while building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leaders. You'll have a unique opportunity to gain insights into all aspects of Hinge's business, collaborating with leaders across the organization on a wide range of high-visibility projects including AI workforce enablement, strategic alignment, and organizational and operating model design.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational spreadsheets and databases required for improving operational decisions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making
  • Prepare internal communication and change management materials, including memos, presentations, communication plans, talking points, etc.
  • Draft and edit business cases, project documentation, and other operational materials
  • Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders including understanding their challenges, priorities, and needs
  • Support the vendor management process, including vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance daily operations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Biz Ops, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product management
  • Experience designing business processes for cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify problems and resolve them independently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating with business leaders and executives
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare synthesized reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in B2C tech or knowledge of the software development process is strongly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with vendor management and procurement processes is a plus.
