About the position

CACI is seeking a cleared Senior Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Executive Office at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or assignments, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives. You will employ your domain and expert technical knowledge to direct and control activities, ensuring that all technical requirements are met. Additionally, you will interface with senior management to align project goals with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the Soldier Touch Point Application and Visualizations requirements gathering for the minimal viable product. You will generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions for Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) contributions in the Soldier Enhancement Program and Technical Review Board. As an end-user representative, you will participate in IT solutions for touch point data and engage with the Command Sergeant Major (CSM) for future touch points planning and process improvements. You will also track changes submitted to the Soldier Enhancement Program, manage taskers and staffing packets, and develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures. This includes orders, letters of instruction, and other directives such as EXSUMs, information papers, briefings, and reports. Furthermore, you will control, manage, and schedule organizational resources, plan and support organizational events, and archive operations functional documents and information. Representing operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences will also be part of your duties, along with planning and managing facility requirements. You may be required to support special requirements such as FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, and Security.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Soldier Touch Point Application and Visualizations requirements gathering for minimal viable product

  • Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
  • Control manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
  • Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
  • Archive Operations functional documents and information
  • Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
  • Plan and manage facility requirements
  • May be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.)

Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
  • Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree with > 8 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting an Army Program or Project Manager office
