About the position

The Operations Analyst will join the operations team to manage day-to-day operations of applications, specifically focusing on Dynatrace as the observability tool and SQL for data reporting. This role involves providing technical direction and support for operational IT tools, ensuring efficient functioning within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for operational IT tools, specifically Dynatrace and SQL.
• Manage day-to-day operations of applications within the team.
• Support the scaling and operationalization of Dynatrace.
• Run queries and pull data from SQL databases.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an IT environment supporting operations and maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience running operations for enterprise systems or applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace, focusing on scaling and operationalizing the tool.
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases, including running queries and pulling data.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
