The Senior Operations Coordinator at Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group plays a vital role in supporting the People & Culture programs within the Operations Team. This position is focused on managing key processes such as onboarding, performance management, and mentorship programs, while also leveraging data and technology to enhance operational initiatives aligned with the company's goals. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership and various teams to foster a culture of engagement and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance onboarding and new hire development processes
• Oversee and manage performance management initiatives
• Coordinate and deliver mentorship programming
• Support Annual Compensation process
• Manage Internship Program
• Provide reporting and analytics support including monthly staff reports, quarterly reports on hires/turnover and recruitment, DEI metrics, and other ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Project Management of internal engagement committee programming as needed
