The Senior Operations Coordinator at Signal Tampa is a pivotal role responsible for the planning, coordination, direction, and management of all day-to-day operations of the franchise. This position requires a flexible availability to align with the business needs, which may include overnights, weekends, and holidays. The Coordinator will work closely with the Director to ensure that the franchise's operations and services run smoothly and effectively. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, as the Coordinator will interact with clients and maintain a visible presence among the current business portfolios. The role encompasses various responsibilities that are essential for the success of the franchise. The Coordinator is accountable for the overall quality of service provided to assigned accounts and clients. This includes monitoring operational KPIs such as labor efficiencies, patrol completions, employee retention, and customer retention. The Coordinator will also be involved in developing officers and supervisors to enhance client service quality through hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency is a key focus, along with ensuring that all shifts are filled in advance and managing time-off requests from branch supervisors. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Coordinator will conduct daily reviews of activity and incident reports, communicate needs between clients and upper management, and oversee the maintenance and condition of all franchise equipment. Weekly meetings with branch dedicated supervisors will be organized to review operational priorities and address any client issues. The Coordinator will also be responsible for fostering a positive working environment through feedback and recognition programs, ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to, and issuing disciplinary actions when necessary. Regular communication with the Director is essential to review performance metrics and operational priorities.
