About the position

The Senior Operations Research Analyst in Aerospace and Defense will analyze and administer complex programs, focusing on operational activities within military, governmental, or business systems. This role involves developing methodologies, conducting technical assessments, and preparing complex research to support decision-making and resource allocation. The analyst will work independently, interface with customers, and provide leadership to other analysts and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, plan, and administer various phases of day-to-day activities for complex programs.
• Develop, plan, coordinate, and integrate requirements to support operational needs.
• Conduct studies, technical assessments, and system analysis to determine performance and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present complex technical research and develop procedures and processes.
• Monitor and analyze strategic and operational aspects related to political, military, and economic developments.
• Provide technical support in the field to aid customers and resolve complex technical problems.
• Conduct technical seminars and training for customer or company personnel.
• Plan, conduct, and accomplish broad intelligence exploitation assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• 10 years of related experience in operations research, data analysis, and mathematical modeling.
• Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with developing advanced military concepts and technology applications.
• MSBE experience.
