About the position

The Senior Operations Research Analyst will serve as the DODx Liaison for KIHOMAC, Inc., supporting ARCWERX, a hub for innovation within the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve. This role focuses on fostering collaboration among various DoD innovation organizations, facilitating resource sharing, and strategic planning to achieve shared objectives in defense innovation. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in defense innovation to analyze collaboration opportunities, develop strategies, and maintain performance metrics for innovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities for collaboration and develop strategies to realize synergies between DoD organizations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with DoD and commercial innovation entities.
• Conduct research to identify commercialization pathways for innovation portfolio projects.
• Create and maintain performance metrics and transition processes for innovation projects.
• Provide innovation services support, including coordination with field-level innovation teams and research of emerging technologies.
• Assist in education, training, and development of tactics, techniques, and procedures for research and development projects.
• Support project management and senior-level engineering personnel in various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
• 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
• Must be a US citizen
• Active Secret Clearance required
