About The Position
MAXISIQ is seeking experienced Operations Research Analysts to support mission planning and address operational challenges. This full-time position is located on Fort Belvoir, VA, with work anticipated to begin in mid-December 2024 upon award. The role involves gathering and analyzing large datasets related to military operations, developing models to predict outcomes of defense strategies, and conducting cost-benefit analyses for resource optimization. Analysts will apply quantitative methods to solve complex defense challenges and deliver data-driven insights to senior officials. Additionally, the position requires assessing the impact of new defense technologies to ensure alignment with the Department of Defense's strategic goals. Collaboration with military personnel, engineers, and policymakers is essential, as is providing analytical assistance during mission planning and execution.
