About the position

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Operations Research/Systems Analyst to develop, integrate, and continually improve data management processes. This role requires a strong background in operations research and decision analysis, with a focus on SIGINT authorities, policies, and regulations. The analyst will prepare comprehensive statistical analysis reports and must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate data management processes.
• Prepare thorough and comprehensive statistical analysis reports.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Stay familiar with SIGINT authorities, policies, and regulations.
• Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Eight (8) years of experience in operations research and decision analysis.
• Ability to prepare thorough and comprehensive statistical analysis reports.
• SIGINT Background.
• Familiarity with agency compliance policies and standards.

Nice-to-haves

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with mission compliance policies and governance, FISA authorities, EO12333, additional sensitive authorities, and cybersecurity authorities.
• Knowledge of data flow practices and data sharing processes, agreements, and methods.
• Confluence and JIRA experience.
• Experience working with IC community Partners.
