Responsibilities

• Support clients and colleagues in managing deposit account transactions.
• Collaborate with the Operations Department to handle monetary and non-monetary transaction activity.
• Process incoming wires and perform callback verifications.
• Manage ACH reconciliations and handle various account maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to data integrity by managing client account changes and processing documentation for audit requests.
• Cross-train and support fellow specialists.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of banking experience in a relevant role.
• Strong foundation in operations with a thorough understanding of financial services industry regulations and policies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
