About the position

Oracle is seeking a software developer to join the Revenue Cycle Analytics team, focusing on providing reporting and analytics for Revenue Cycle products. The role involves understanding data flow, extracting data, redesigning data models, and designing queries and reports to help clients make informed business decisions. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge in cloud infrastructure and development skills, with responsibilities including design, development, and testing of analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test solutions for Revenue Cycle Analytics.
  • Evaluate various technologies and recommend solutions to improve performance and supportability.
  • Support a wide variety of complex production environment problems related to cloud infrastructure and high availability requirements.
  • Understand data flow across products and extract data from sources.
  • Redesign data into applicable models and design queries and reports for key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • ETL & Data warehousing experience (Vertica/Snowflake, ADW or similar).
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, OAC or similar).
  • Object-Oriented programming experience (Java, Python, or similar).
  • Advanced SQL skills for query and performance tuning.
  • Experience with cloud and Big Data solutions/frameworks (preferably Hadoop, Apache Crunch, Spark).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Github/BitBucket.
