About the position

The Senior Outbound Product Manager will focus on driving the adoption and success of solutions tailored for administrators and platform owners. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional value, while also acting as a primary advocate for these solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advocate for our solutions for admin and platform owner users, both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with admin and platform owner users, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop programs and go-to-market content, including product launches and webinars.
  • Produce and deliver sales education materials to empower the sales team.
  • Work closely with product teams to formulate product vision and strategy, influencing the product backlog based on feedback.
  • Develop compelling positioning and thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, customer success, or pre/post-sales/product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful product experience strategies.
  • Strong customer engagement and presentation skills, with experience delivering product presentations to large audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative product experience ideas.
  • Experience working with a high-growth SaaS product line preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
