The primary purpose of this role is to develop packaging, based on consumer insight & market requirements globally. This position will provide packaging options and develop packaging, using leading edge technology, to support new global & regional development initiatives. This position will also support existing businesses through packaging revisions, cost improvement projects, and packaging simplification projects. You must bring the necessary technical skill/expertise, passion for winning and project management rigor to deliver packaging innovation projects and related workstream activities in a dynamic environment and on time in full. Key packaging workstream activities include leading packaging development deliverables, partnering with cross functional teams, leading packaging factory and supplier trials, and laboratory testing. Effective communication skills are key to this position.
